RS 13:996.24 - Judges; prohibition against payment of salaries from judicial expense fund No salary shall be paid from the judicial expense fund for the judicial district to any of the judges of the Tenth Judicial District, except such amount as may be paid for administering the fund and then only after prior legislative approval.
