RS 14:107.5 - Solicitation of funds or transportation for certain unlawful purposes A. It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit funds or transportation with the intention to solicit the person to engage in indiscriminate sexual intercourse for compensation. B. For purposes of this Section, 'sexual intercourse' means anal, oral, or vaginal sexual intercourse. C. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Acts 2014, No. 673, §1.
