RS 14:133.4 - Misrepresentation during issuance of a misdemeanor summons or preparation of a juvenile custodial agreement A. Misrepresentation during issuance of a misdemeanor summons or preparation of a juvenile custodial agreement is the giving of false information to any law enforcement officer preparing such document, by a person being issued a misdemeanor summons, or a person giving information or signing such juvenile custodial agreement. B. Whoever commits the crime of misrepresentation during issuance of a misdemeanor summons, or preparation of a juvenile custodial agreement shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
