RS 14:223.7 - Counterfeiting or possessing counterfeit labels prohibited Any person who has in his possession for any illegal purpose or who makes, sells, issues, distributes, circulates, or puts in circulation a counterfeit label affixed or designed to be affixed to a recording within the state of Louisiana shall be guilty of a criminal offense and punished as provided in R.S. 14:223.3.
