RS 14:223.8 - Possessing of tools and equipment used for manufacturing unauthorized sound recordings prohibited Any person who, for any of the purposes mentioned in R.S. 14:223 through 223.7, possesses or controls any electronic, mechanical, or other device for manufacturing or reproducing recordings or counterfeit labels, or who possesses or controls any tool, implement, instrument, or thing, used, fitted, or intended to be used for such purposes within the state of Louisiana shall be guilty of a criminal offense and punished as provided in R.S. 14:223.3.
