RS 14:91.21 - Sale of poisonous reptiles to minors; penalty A. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any type of poisonous reptile to a minor. B. Any person violating the provision of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both, for each such offense.
