RS 14:93.15 - Alcoholic beverage vaporizer; prohibitions A. It is unlawful for any person to sell, deliver, give away, purchase, possess, or use an alcoholic beverage vaporizer. B. This Section shall not apply to any other vaporizer device used for purposes other than vaporizing alcoholic beverages. C. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Acts 2006, No. 147, §1.
