RS 15:1204.5 - Penalties The commission may impose reasonable administrative sanctions as it deems appropriate against those agencies who fail to comply with the reporting requirements of the Uniform Crime Reporting System. These sanctions include the preclusion of a subject agency's participation in any of the grant programs operated by the commission. Acts 1991, No. 509, §1.
