RS 15:1256 - Program review; reports; on-site inspections A. The commission shall prepare and submit an annual report to the legislature and to the governor which shall include: (1) an overall assessment of the parish jail facilities grant program, and (2) an evaluation of the extent to which program goals and objectives are being met. B. The commission shall require such monitoring of individual grants as it deems necessary and may provide by rule for such audit requirements for grants as it deems appropriate. C. The commission shall prepare and submit a report of each on-site inspection to the appropriate state and parish government agencies. Added by Acts 1980, No. 753, §1, eff. July 31, 1980.
