RS 15:1430 - Restrictions Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prevent a program initiated under a delinquency prevention plan established pursuant to this Chapter from continuing to operate beyond the three-year maximum funding period if it can find other funding sources. Likewise, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to restrict the number of programs an entity may apply for or operate. Acts 1993, No. 461, §1.
