RS 15:183 - Effect of signing of pleadings The provisions of Code of Civil Procedure Article 863 shall be applicable to any petition for post-conviction relief and related or responsive pleadings filed by counsel for petitioner or respondent pursuant to the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure Articles 924 through 930.8.
