RS 15:273 - Right of accused to be confronted with witnesses The accused shall have the right to be confronted with the witnesses against him and the depositions of witnesses shall not be evidence either for or against him except as provided by law. Acts 1966, No. 311, §2, eff. Jan. 1, 1967.
