RS 15:932 - Definitions As used in this Subpart, the following words shall have the following meaning: (1) 'Episode' shall mean a singular instance in which a youth is placed under the supervision, care, or custody of the office of juvenile justice. (2) 'Office of juvenile justice' or 'the office' shall mean the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, youth services, office of juvenile justice. Acts 2016, No. 499, §1.
