RS 16:108 - Second assistant district attorney The office of second assistant district attorney is hereby created for the Second Judicial District of Louisiana. The second assistant district attorney shall not be a resident of the parish in which the district attorney of said district resides, nor shall he be a resident of the parish in which the first assistant district attorney resides.
