RS 16:114 - Additional salary of district attorney The district attorney for the Third Judicial District of this state shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid him by the state of Louisiana, such additional salary as the police jury of Lincoln Parish may provide, and such additional salary as the police jury of Union Parish may provide. If either police jury chooses to pay an additional salary, each salary shall be payable on the warrant of the district attorney. Added by Acts 1959, No. 113, §2.
