RS 16:122 - Residence and additional salary of assistant district attorneys A. The first assistant district attorney of the Fourth Judicial District shall reside in the parish of Ouachita and shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state, an annual salary of not less than six thousand dollars payable monthly by the parish of Ouachita on the warrant of the first assistant district attorney. B.
