RS 16:204 - Additional compensation of first assistant district attorney The first assistant district attorney for the Eighth Judicial District shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state, an annual salary to be fixed by the governing authority of the parish of Winn, of not less than twenty-four hundred dollars, payable monthly by the parish.
