RS 16:358.2 - Additional salary of fifth assistant district attorney The fifth assistant district attorney shall receive, in addition to the salary paid by the state of Louisiana, an additional salary of five thousand five hundred fifty dollars per year, payable monthly, said sum to be paid by the parishes of Iberia, St. Mary, and St. Martin, as set forth in R.S. 16:359.
