RS 16:52 - Additional salary of assistant district attorneys The assistant district attorneys shall receive as compensation for their services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state as provided in R.S. 16:11, an annual salary as fixed by existing statutes and paid by the governing authority of the parish or parishes composing the judicial district.
