RS 17:1179 - Termination of leave Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of R.S. 17:1177 and 17:1178 may have his leave terminated by the superintendent at any time, except where non-compliance is due to conditions which would have constituted sufficient grounds for failing to perform his duties had he been in active service.
