RS 17:1377 - Validation of existing consolidated districts; proceedings for bond issues Consolidated school districts created by parish school boards prior to July 28, 1948 are approved, validated and ratified and their legal existence recognized. Any proceedings therefore taken by any parish school board to authorize the issuance of bonds of such consolidated school districts under any laws then existing are approved, validated, and ratified, and such proceedings may be completed under any of those laws that may be applicable.
