RS 17:1521 - Establishment The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College is hereby authorized to establish, as a branch or extension of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College a two-year junior commuters' college which shall be located at Eunice in the Eunice, Crowley, Jennings and Ville Platte area.
