RS 17:1531 - Establishment The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College is hereby authorized to establish, as a branch or extension of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, a two-year junior commuters' college which shall be located in one of the parishes of Catahoula, Concordia, Tensas, LaSalle, Franklin and Caldwell at a location which the board of supervisors determines as in the best interests of the state, after consideration of geographical factors and potential attendance factors.
