Kiefer University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena The multipurpose assembly center constructed on the east campus of the University of New Orleans, owned and operated by and under the authority of the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College known as the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena is hereby designated and shall hereafter be known as the 'Senator Nat G.
