RS 17:1601.6 - The Dean Millie M. Charles School of Social Work The school of social work building being constructed and located on the north side of Southern University at New Orleans, operated by and under the authority of the Board of Supervisors of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College System, is designated and shall be known hereafter as the 'Dean Millie M.
