RS 17:162 - School busses purchased for private use Every school bus sold or transferred to any use other than school activities in this state shall be painted by the new owner a color other than national school bus chrome yellow, all lettering of school bus identification, and all semaphore arms and alternate flashing signal lights shall be removed therefrom.
