RS 17:1791 - Higher tuition or fees not to be charged No student in any state college, university, or institution of higher learning who is granted an athletic scholarship at such institution and who is not a resident of this state shall be charged or required to pay any tuition or fees in an amount in excess of that which is charged students who are residents of this state.
