RS 17:1802 - Cordell Hull Foundation A. The Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College and all other state supported colleges and universities are hereby authorized and directed to cooperate with the Cordell Hull Foundation in its educational activities. B. In cooperation and collaboration said universities are hereby authorized to waive tuition fees for scholars attending state supported universities and receiving aid and assistance from the Cordell Hull Foundation.
