RS 17:1809 - Small business development center; University of Louisiana at Monroe; authority to operate A. The University of Louisiana at Monroe is hereby authorized to establish and operate a small business development center which may aid and assist small businesses in solving problems inherent in such enterprises. The establishment and operation of the center shall be subject to the constitutional authority of the Board of Regents and the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System. B. The university herein named is further authorized to utilize all of its colleges or departments in operating the center and providing needed services. C. The administration of Northeast Louisiana University at Monroe shall develop criteria which shall be used in determining what businesses are small businesses for purposes of qualification for aid and services.
