RS 17:182 - Protective custody A. No school administrator shall release a minor into protective custody unless the official to whom the minor is being released provides the following information about the minor: (1) First and last name. (2) Address. (3) Date of birth. B. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to an arrest for which there is probable cause. Acts 2022, No. 324, §2.
