RS 17:1970.2 - Definitions As used in this Part, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) 'Department' means the state Department of Education. (2) 'School' means the Louis Armstrong High School for the Arts. (3) 'State board' means the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
