RS 17:2032 - State treasurer as custodian of federal funds The State treasurer is hereby constituted and appointed the custodian of the moneys paid to the State of Louisiana for vocational education, under the provisions of the act of Congress referred to in R.S. 17:1991, and such moneys shall be paid out in the manner provided by such act for the purposes therein specified.
