RS 17:2051 - Authority to confer degree of bachelor of arts or science The governing authorities of institutions of learning in Louisiana offering courses of study extending four years of not fewer than one hundred eighty school days above and beyond graduation from an approved high school, are authorized to confer the degree of bachelor of arts or science on candidates that have satisfactorily completed such courses.
