RS 17:2076 - Recognition to be given degrees of Loyola University The degrees and diplomas or certificates conferred by Loyola University shall be recognized by the courts and all officials of this state as entitling the graduates receiving and holding these diplomas or certificates, to the same rights, immunities and privileges in the state of Louisiana as have the graduates of any other university or institution of learning whatsoever.
