RS 17:2153 - Acceptance of federal grants The board of education may accept grants from the president of the United States, pursuant to any act of the Congress of the United States, to be applied to the cost or a portion of the cost of construction of the facilities authorized in R.S. 17:2151, or to the repurchase of the bonds issued pursuant to R.S. 17:2152.
