RS 17:2181 - Board of supervisors authorized to borrow money The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board of Supervisors'), or any legal successor thereto, shall have full authority to borrow money from any agency of the United States, or any other person, firm or corporation, or any governmental agency, now in existence or hereafter created, in sums sufficient to provide funds necessary to accomplish or execute any purpose, power, or authority, now or hereafter vested in the board of supervisors by the constitution and laws of Louisiana.
