RS 17:2182 - Authority to issue bonds, etc. For any such purpose, the board of supervisors may incur debt and as evidence of any such indebtedness, issue bonds, notes, or certificates of indebtedness as hereinafter provided. The power to issue bonds, notes or certificates of indebtedness conferred by this Sub-Part shall be in addition to any other such powers now possessed by or hereafter granted to the board of supervisors by virtue of the constitution and laws of Louisiana.
