RS 17:2187 - Funds to be used exclusively for principal and interest Any moneys set aside into funds created pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 17:2186 to provide for the payment of the principal and interest on bonds, notes or certificates of indebtedness issued hereunder, shall be used solely for the purpose of paying principal of and interest on bonds, notes, certificates, or other obligations issued hereunder.
