RS 17:2193 - Mandamus to compel performance of obligation The holder or holders of any bond, note, certificate, or other evidence of indebtedness issued under this Sub-Part shall have the right to writs of mandamus against the board of supervisors, or any agent, officer or employee thereof, or against any other person, official or employee charged with any duty in connection with this Sub-Part, to enforce compliance with any provision of this Sub-Part, or of any contract, covenant or obligation entered into by virtue of this Sub-Part, in any court of competent jurisdiction. But this section shall not be construed as authorizing any suit against the state of Louisiana. Acts 1968, No. 331, §1.
