RS 17:2196.8 - Interest rate on bonds Notwithstanding any other provisions of Subpart C, Part 1, Chapter 11 of Title 17 after July 13, 1970, the board through the State Bond Commission as created by R.S. 39:1401-39:1406 may issue and sell bonds under the provisions of said Subpart C for the purposes therein at a rate or rates of interest to be determined by the State Bond Commission but which rate of interest shall not exceed that rate of interest permitted for conventional interest in Louisiana.
