RS 17:2277 - Bond to be furnished by schools All educational institutions receiving bodies under the provisions of this Part shall give a bond, approved as to form by the Attorney General, in favor of the anatomical board in the penal sum of one thousand dollars, conditioned that the bodies received by them under the provisions of this Part shall be used only for the promotion or application of anatomical knowledge or science. The anatomical board shall also furnish a like bond in favor of the Secretary of State subject to the same conditions and stipulations.
