RS 17:2931 - Rules and regulations The State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, in consultation with the Board of Regents and the Louisiana Workforce Commission, shall adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Chapter in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
