RS 17:2932 - Implementation; funding A. The provisions of this Chapter shall be implemented as expeditiously and to the maximum extent possible utilizing any and all available funding sources, as annually appropriated by the legislature. B. The State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education shall diligently pursue the funding necessary to fully implement the provisions of this Chapter and shall develop a timeline to prioritize and provide for implementation in phases if deemed necessary.
