RS 17:3041.11 - Contracts The applicant shall enter into a contract with the state of Louisiana, agreeing to the terms and conditions upon which the tuition shall be paid, and such contract shall be prepared, approved, and signed by the chairman of the commission and shall be signed by the applicant. If the applicant fails to abide by the terms of the contract, the applicant shall be responsible for full and immediate payment in an amount equal to double the amount of any tuition paid on his behalf through the program as provided in this Chapter, and the commission shall take all necessary steps to secure collection of the payment.
