RS 17:3045.1 - Louisiana Opportunity Loan Program; creation; management A. There is hereby created the Louisiana Opportunity Loan Program to provide low interest non-subsidized educational loans to students without having to meet an income requirement. Such loans may be referred to as 'LA-OP Loans'. B. The program shall be administered and managed by the Louisiana Student Financial Assistance Commission, referred to in this Chapter as 'the commission'. Acts 1991, No. 799, §1, eff. July 22, 1991.
