RS 17:3094 - Cooperation of state agencies The authority shall develop a plan for the establishment of education saving accounts. The Board of Regents, and any other state agency requested to do so, shall cooperate with the authority and provide technical assistance upon request. To facilitate participation in the program, such plan shall allow for the deposit of small sums of money on a regular, incremental basis. Acts 1995, No. 547, §1, eff. June 18, 1995.
