RS 17:3100.10 - Effectiveness The authority shall undertake operation of the program created by this Chapter upon receipt of an appropriation or an award or donation from any other source sufficient to fund the authority's initial start-up and operational expenses. Funds appropriated, awarded, or donated to the authority for this purpose shall be carried forward from year to year and may be expended by the authority as appropriated. Appropriations to the authority from the Tuition and Savings Fund which remain at the end of each fiscal year shall not be returned to the general fund but shall be deposited in the Tuition and Savings Fund.
