RS 17:3227 - Learning centers; duplicate courses or programs No learning center of an existing institution of higher education or a consortium of existing institutions of higher education authorized to provide offerings of college courses which is located within five miles of an existing community college campus shall offer any course or program which duplicates a course or program offered at that community college campus.
