RS 17:3328 - Person granted sabbatical leave; return to service Each person granted sabbatical leave shall sign an agreement or contract with his employing institution stipulating that as a condition of his sabbatical leave and in order to be eligible for compensation during such leave, he will return to his employing institution for at least one year of further service after the leave is completed.
