RS 17:3362 - Rules and regulations governing construction and maintenance of structures A. Unless waived by written consent of the board, each board, before granting any lease or leases under the provisions of this Subpart, shall, either directly or through the head of the college or university, formulate and adopt such rules, regulations and requirements as it deems necessary or desirable, relative to the erection, construction and maintenance of fraternity or sorority houses, student centers, armories, storehouses or other structures. Any such rules, regulations and requirements shall be incorporated into the contract of lease as a condition precedent to the validity thereof. B. Unless waived by written consent of the board, there shall be reserved to the board, whether or not stipulated in the lease, the right to require the removal of any fraternity or sorority house, student center, armory, storehouse or other structure erected under the provisions of this Subpart, in the event that the lessee fails, neglects or refuses to comply with the rules, regulations or requirements.
